Physician Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required. Graduate of an A.M.A.-approved Physician Assistant program is required. Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Physician Assistant is required.Nurse Practitioner: Masters of Science Degree in Nursing is required. Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner is required. Current Massachusetts R.N. registration is required. Nurse Practitioner Certificate/Physician Assistant Certificate is required.Over 3 months experience is required.NP - Massachusetts Nursing License - authorization to practice in an expanded role.CME requirements as needed.PA - Physician Assistant License - authorization to practice.CME requirements as needed.
