AECI is currently seeking applicants who desire to work as a Student Clerk in an office setting with our Power Production Division. This position offers part-time hours during the 2024-2025 school year with no nights or weekends! Here's your opportunity to join our Engineering Projects Document Control team!

Who We’re Looking for:

Currently enrolled in a college or university program in business, engineering or information management.

Strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus but not required.

Ability to work independently or part of a team.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.

What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct reviews of various document libraries to ensure consistency with company standards, including formatting, template usage, and metadata accuracy.

Assist in reviewing and updating divisional policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring they align with established guidelines.

Help maintain and update project documentation in digital project folders and document repositories.

Enter and manage metadata for various project documents within our engineering document management system (EDMS).

Support the tracking of documents and updates to logs for engineering projects.

Perform document control quality checks to ensure documentation from external partners meets divisional requirements.

Support teams by assisting with document searches and retrieval as needed.
