You will be scheduling your appointments, picking up product and returning it to the distribution center. M-F (NO Weekends), OFF Holidays, Paid WeeklyFollow BEK transportation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety guidelines.Complete administrative tasks and related paperwork to guarantee the efficiency of transportation operations.Job Qualifications:At least 1 year of route driving or backhaul experience requiredDOT certification requiredMUST HAVE Valid Texas State Class A CDL license requiredBasic math skills requiredAbility to understand and enforce regulatory guidelinesKnowledge of customer service principles and quality standardsAbility to use Microsoft Office and learn new applications/proprietary softwareAbility to perform repetitive lifting of 50 lbs.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with multiple levels of organizationSelf-motivated; able to work independentlyInnovative problem solverCustomer-focusedExcellent relationship management and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented; prioritizationActive listening skillsIndependent thinking/decision-making skillsCommitment to Ben E.
