Responsibilities:Job SummaryAs a Rehabilitation RN, you will collaborate daily with physicians, therapists, and case managers to achieve the best outcome for patients who have experienced life altering events. In this role you will ensure appropriate plans of care are developed and implemented to meet patient needs for rehabilitation.Area of Focus11 bed unit with low patient ratioWorking with adults 18 years and older who are receiving rehab for Neuro, Cardio, or Pulmonary issues.Qualifications:Job RequirementsRegistered Nurse credentialed from the Kentucky Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.BLS required from American Heart Association.Associate degree from accredited nursing program
Preferred RequirementsBachelors Degree from accredited nursing program
