Join us!Job SummaryUnder general supervision, the E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for driving sales growth for Interstate Batteries across online marketplaces through merchandising, content creation, performance marketing, inventory forecasting and strategic analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesStrong focus on merchandising both existing and new catalog offerings on Marketplaces. (i.e. Amazon, eBay, motors, etc.)Create and maintain up to date PDP's (product display pages) on Marketplace sites.Submit, monitor and respond to cases with Amazon support to resolve any product or potential consumer related issues.Assists in the creation and maintenance of advertising Pay-Per-Click campaigns informed by keyword research, market/ competitive research and strategies.Improves the performance and sales of campaigns through strategic optimizations while maintaining an optimization log for sharing insights.Pulls bi-weekly performance reports and assists in the creation of insights and updates to share and inform future strategies.Collaborates with our creative teams to share insights and ensure our advertising efforts align with the brand's strategy.Provides inventory recommendations and creates shipment plans to ensure efficient inventory management and remaining in-stock.Assists in the analysis of large data sets to uncover trends, patterns and insights into online marketplace business data.Evaluates and improves on current practices, automates common processes and takes the initiative to improve current business.Collaborates and works cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure all initiatives are being completed.Works in online platforms and marketplaces with potential expansion into others.Other related duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Expert Excel skills.Strong leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A multi-tasker who proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team with a can-do and follow-through attitude.Strong analytical thinking with the ability to collect, analyze and present large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.Interest in digital marketing, E-Commerce, CPG, content marketing and data analytics.Basic understanding of E-Commerce economics and advertising mathematics: gross margins, adjusted gross margins, return on ad spend, currency transaction report, conversion rate, etc.Work EnvironmentAbility to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.Regularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, talk and hear, stand and walk.Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 20+ lbs.Prolonged use of personal computer & telephone.Note: We do not accept resumes from headhunters, placement agencies, or other suppliers that have not signed a formal agreement with us.Interstate Batteries provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
