Mainframe Support Specialist - HFS

Position Mainframe Support Specialist Location Springfield, IL **Description:**Our client is looking for a Mainframe Support Specialist to conduct software administrative tasks on Z/OS mainframes, AIX midrange platforms, and any other platform necessary to support Agency business. Candidate must have clear and easily understood English verbal and written communication skills.**Skills Required*** 3 years of experience with Z/OS, specifically ISPF/TSO, JCL, CLIST, Dialog Manager, and Rexx.* 3 years of experience with XPAF, XEROX DJDE and XEROX printers.* 3 years experience with COBOL programming including PANVALET, TELON, and IBMs Linkage Editors.* Be on a call rotation schedule to provide after hours, weekend and holiday on-call support which includes on-site presence in providing that support arriving on-site within an hour of notification.**Skills Desired**No additional skills desired.
