Essential Functions and Primary Duties:As a Tax Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic tax guidance and leadership within our organization.Lead a team of dedicated professionals, serving as a mentor and trusted advisor, while also fostering a collaborative team environment.Utilize your extensive expertise to drive excellence in client service delivery, ensuring that all tax engagements are executed with precision and efficiency.Act as a subject matter expert, staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide timely insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.Oversee the development and implementation of tax planning strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, optimizing their tax position and maximizing savings opportunities.Partner with upper management to drive new business development initiatives, actively participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements, from initial scoping and planning through to final delivery, ensuring that all deadlines and quality control standards are consistently met.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies within the tax department.Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required.You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting or a related field, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.Maintain all necessary licenses required for the role.Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple assignments and deadlines with ease.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.Proficiency in utilizing relevant technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.Flexibility to travel as needed to meet business requirements.Interested in the role?:
