This job requires 100-200 stops per day in a fast-moving environmentBe a problem solverAbility to work effectively with Android devicesAlways drive and operate your delivery vehicle safelyUse handheld GPS device for routing information, customer delivery information.Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered in a quick and efficient manner.Must be
CUSTOMER OBSESSED !! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:Lift packages up to 50 lbs.Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift up to ~200 times per dayWe are a 7 day a week operation, schedules are fluidOperate Freightliner MT45 (or like) step vansBasic Requirements:
Must have an active DOT medical cardFamiliar with step vans like MT45 Freightliners & Ford F59Experience with driving larger vehicles for more than 1 yearEligible to work in the U.SHigh-school diploma (or equivalent)We are a 7 day a week operation and you will have to work a weekend dayAt least 21 years of ageHave a valid US driver's licenseAbility to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shiftCompensation & Benefits
$20
/ Hour to start (training rate) growth to $22.00 after 60 days fully qualifiedUp to $2-3 per hour bonus if you meet daily and weekly delivery + safety targetsStart as a delivery associate with the chance to move up to lead, manager, dispatcher and more. We always hire within!Fully Paid Training - Including DOT medical cardPaid Overtime (when available)Free UniformsHealth Insurance and Benefits after 30 daysUp to 3 weeks Paid Time Off
