We are focused on transforming our legacy systems into high-scale, cloud-native digital assets. We build scalable high-performing full-stack systems that can stand up to peak holiday traffic. This role will be part of the team modernizing the membership experience. Position Summary/Job Description: 8 years' experience of hands-on development experience building applications using languages such as Java 6 years' experience implementing and deploying modern application development technologies such as Java, Groovy, Spring, REST-based web services, SQL and NoSQL databases 4 years' experience with modern engineering concepts and technologies including microservices, REST API, containers etc. 2 years' experience with Off-heap caching solutions, such as Redis or Memcached, Continuous integration workflows using tools like Jenkins. 1 years' experience with Cloud Computing Platforms How much time will the resource spend pair programming? 10% or less Skills Overview: 8 or more years of project experience Java, Spring, Hibernate, RDBMS Experienced in end-end software development process Can work independently with little support What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
