Emerson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EBS Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive architecture strategies, reference architectures, and roadmaps for Oracle EBS (SaaS and PaaS) solutions. This role provides leadership during the design and implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions to meet the strategic and operational needs of our organization.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and maintain the overall architectural design (Current State & Future State) of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
Lead the architecture governance process and ensure compliance with the enterprise architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
Conduct architecture assessments to ensure the quality, performance, security, and reliability of the solutions.
Ensure that EBS solutions align with business objectives and IT strategy.
Design integration points with other enterprise systems and applications.
Oversee the configuration, customization, and optimization of EBS applications.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of EBS solutions.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team and other stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
Stay updated with the latest trends and standard processes in EBS and related technologies.
Mentor and train other team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with business partners to capture and analyze requirements.
Communicate optimally with partners to manage expectations and resolve issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:
10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in Oracle ERP architecture.
Expertise in Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and related technologies.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules in cloud and on-prem (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, etc.,).
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
Familiarity with integration technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong conflict management skills.
Consensus building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
Effective project management and organizational skills.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
