Business AnalystKey responsibilities include:o Supporting technical aspects of MarTech platforms that enable data management throughout the prospect lifecycleo Providing support for data anomaly inquiries and remediation requests to ensure data hygiene and completeness across the MarTech stacko Configuring and maintaining templated programs in-platform to support contact engagements and lead managemento Developing and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including use cases and workflows, user stories, data-flow diagrams, etc.o Lead efficient meetings to explain relevant technical details to non-technical audiences, and balance collaboration with getting-things-doneRequired qualifications:o Working knowledge of marketing automation tools including Marketo, Salesforce, and Adobe Workfront for data and process automationo Experience using and/or supporting event automation platforms for registration, content, and onsite managemento bility to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environmento bility to manage multiple projects across time zones, workstreams, and disciplineso 2-3 years of work experience and BA/BS in related fieldPreferred qualifications:o Experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Syncari, etc. in supporting data integrations
