What You Will Do:
While continuing to hone your craft and build your leadership skills, you will
Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiencyManage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M with gross margins over 13%Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sitesIndependently start and manage projectsThrough managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfactionHelp recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprenticesMaintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industryDemonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting RelationshipsWhat You Will Bring:
In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will
Have 6+ years' experience managing high dollar projects and large teamsCurrent Foremen II and III will have 2-4+ years of supervisory experience respectivelyExperience utilizing prefabricationPossess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman licenseBe willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentivesEnjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanshipBe motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
