What You Will Do:
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl's family as a Keyholder.This position is responsible for assisting Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store's business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.Delivers a best in class experience to customersUpholds standards of customer service excellenceLeader in productivityRegular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shiftsAssist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management teamEnforce company policies and proceduresPerform open and close procedures for the storeProvide training to new store employeesEffectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standardsPerform other job-related duties as assignedWhat We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferredPrior key holder experience preferredCustomer service experienceCommunication skillsAnalytical skillsBasic computer skillsMust be willing to work flexible hours and to work nights and weekendsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMust be 18 years or olderPreferred Qualifications:
Bilingual: Spanish or MandarinPhysical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
