Interventional Cardiologist to join team near Birmingham, AL.
The facility’s 14,000 square feet is solely dedicated to heart care patients. The state-of-the-art facility houses two fully digital cath labs. The stand-alone heart center has nine outpatient beds.
Responsibilities:
Heart catheterizations
PCI or angioplasty/stents
Pacemaker implants
Defibrillator implants
Full-time position mix of inpatient and outpatient
Call Schedule:
Call schedule – 1 in 5
STEMI and Cardiology call together
3 Independent IC that supports the hospital
2 Cath Labs. One has been newly renovated with state-of-the-art equipment, and the other is scheduled for renovations later this year
