**Non CDL Box Truck Driver****Accounting** DOTHAN DRIVERS **CORP** Dothan, AL**Full-time** Full Time**7 AM- 4 PM or 8 AM- 5 PM** Varies**Pay Type:** DailyPace is currently hiring Non-CDL Box Truck Delivery Drivers for immediate start in our Dothan, Alabama market. **The Peanut Capital of the World!** Join a team of professional drivers who are service first, safety first, and culture first!**POSTION SUMMARY** - As a Non-CDL Box Truck Delivery Driver, you will make multi-stop business to business deliveries in and around the Dothan area. Deliveries are made in box trucks and consist of loading/unloading palletized freight, and/or floor loaded freight to local customers. Drivers are assigned routes 5 days per week with the option to run 6 days during our peak season. Schedules vary Monday-Friday or Tuesday - Saturday. Routes may vary based on customer needs but averages 300 miles per day. Shift start times vary between 10pm to 1am, and average 8 hours per day. Earn between $43K to $45K annually!**Key Responsibilities for Non-CDL Box Truck Delivery Driver:*** Pick up freight and deliver to Pace's customers in scheduled time-frame* Breakdown pallets for customer as needed* Load and unload freight when needed* Use Pace delivery app/scanner to track and document all deliveries.* Customer Centric with our customers when delivering.* On-time and enjoys double checking for accuracy on all deliveries.* Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.* Experience driving a Box Truck or qualified commercial vehicle.* Not afraid to touch freight when needed.* Must meet background and drug screening requirements.* Valid DOT Med Card.* Drivers must be 21 or older.* Serve Relentlessly, Do the right thing, Get the job done, Do what you say, and Always improve.* Competitive Pay - Earn up to $43K to $45K starting + bonuses* Safety Bonus Program - Earn up to $0.02 per mile for every mile driven meeting all DOT and service requirements or $2000.
