Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDelivers parts and accessories to respective client in a timely and safe mannerComputer skills to assist with receiving parts and packagesPlan routes to ensure timely delivery and pick up of all orders. Maintain working knowledge of parts inventoryMaintain delivery / pick up register, accept payment for deliveries from clientsSupport the parts department by identifying and reporting the needs of the inventoryHave excellent communication skills and the highest customer service. Examine customer parts and returns and determine acceptability accordance with company policyOperate company vehicles in a safe and courteous mannerEnsure proper maintenance of delivery vehicle to include checking oil and fuel, keeping vehicle neat and clean and reporting all accidents and damage malfunctions to Parts ManagerCommunicate with dispatcher via two - way radio at all timeReport all customer complaint to Parts Manager immediatelyMinimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and comprehend instructions and informationExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skillsGood judgment and ability to work well with othersMust possess a valid driver's license and clean driving recordPass background screening requirementBi-lingual(Spanish) preferredSupervisory Responsibilities:
