We also offer a Basic Life Insurance Policy at no charge to you.A RN's daily responsibilities will be to evaluate assigned patients within our facility and coordinate the CNAs in their daily care of residents. Your role as an RN will be to maintain patient comfort and safety. You will also need to follow all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards. You will represent the facility with integrity, free of gifts or improper inducements. A RN adheres to the facility's Core Values and mission with complete regard for the dignity of each person.Registered Nurse Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Assessing and evaluating patient health status Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical history Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standardsEducation and Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of Michigan Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAt Optalis, we are all a part of a team who are here to serve the residents living in our community.
