ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY

LoveShackFancy began in 2013 with a beach-to-ballroom hand-dyed halter dress that founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen made for her bridal party. Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism - from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hardworking and passionate Customer Service Intern to join our team this Fall.

This internship is an unpaid role and the candidate MUST receive academic credit as a requirement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively respond to customer service inquiries pertaining to web orders, store orders and product knowledge via phone or email correspondence.Track customer service calls and report on learningsMonitor voicemail messages and respond within set company standardHave an eagerness and willingness to over exceed customer expectations when delivering informationMust follow through with every request quickly and seamlesslyHandle customer feedback/complaints and reporting back to management about critical or consistent feedback related to website functionality, product, or serviceThis job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Employer.
