Responsibilities
What You'll Be DoingBuild positive relationship with guestsFind new ways to create exemplary guest experiencesImplement operating procedures and standardsWork towards goals to benefit the company and the teamMove between tasks and roles with easeBalance and have knowledge of all units of the front office teamExecute daily shift processes to adhere to standard operating proceduresReview billing, processes, and resolve billing discrepancies and disputesTake initiative and stay curious to create new efficiencies for the teamRead and comprehend consistently changing procedures and directionsRespond to guests' concerns and complaints with empathy while upholding policyRead, discern and problem solve billing disputes clearly and confidentlyAnswer inquiries regarding hotel services and reservations by email, by telephone and in person in order to cross-sell and provide a personalized guest experienceContribute to an energetic and positive work environmentGood stewardship of organization time and resourcesProvide information about services available in the community, local attractions and eventsUnderstand what events are being held in the hotel utilizing multiple platformsSell and upsell a variety of opportunities and products on the flyPerform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by managementAmbassador for Radisson and GHG standardsQualifications
What You Need for this Position
