Key Responsibilities:Estimate construction costs for a range of commercial projectsMaintain and update a comprehensive cost databaseAnalyze labor, material, and time requirements to compute project costsPrepare detailed reports and bids for submission to clients and stakeholdersDevelop thorough proposals with clear information and cost breakdownsManage multiple estimation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely deliveryProvide efficient and helpful responses to customer inquiries throughout the bidding processCollaborate with Senior Estimators to review project specifications and drawingsRequirements:
Ability to interpret and understand construction drawings and specificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Excel, On Screen Takeoff, and Estimating Software (e.g., Plan Swift)Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimatingA degree in Construction Management or Engineering is advantageousAdaptability to work both in-office and in the field within a fast-paced environmentBenefits:
