SHUTTLE DRIVER
Qualifications
Physically and visually able to drive a 14 and/or 32 passenger vehicle at all times (CDL Driver's License REQUIRED)Firm and simple grasping is an ongoing requirement for all aspects of workPractice written safety standards and rules at all timesMust be able to push/pull/lift up to 50 poundsThis position frequently requires walking, driving, reaching, and use of hands and fingersResponsibilities
Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing and in-house guests by providing accurate and timely information and servicesTransports guests safely and courteously in the company van in a timely mannerTransports guests from hotel to local restaurants, businesses and venues in a company vehicleAssists guests with luggage by placing them in the shuttle carefully and without damaging any belongingsDelivers, messages, errands, packages & suitcases to guest roomsMaintains logs on vehicles for registration, oil change and maintenance, safety inspection checks •Coordinates transportation requests. •Informs front desk of whereabouts at all times.Informs front desk of whereabouts at all times.Background and Experience
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent years of relevant work experience requiredCDL Drivers LicensePrevious customer service or hotel experience required, "Hilton" Experience helpful.Friendly demeanor and excellent communication and customer service skillsGood organizational and prioritization skills
