No complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants. Hospital employed W2 position.Physicians and CRNAs work within a highly collaborative environment of mutual respect and dedication to patient care. Supervision model with a max 4:1 ratio.CRNAs are expected to be scheduled for 1,760 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status.
