The new state-of-the-art facility is located in Holly Springs, North Carolina, United States.Check out the FDB Holly Springs Site!External US:About This RoleThe Recruiter 2 plays a vital role in shaping the organization, while providing an excellent experience for each FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies candidate.What Youll DoExecutes recruitment strategy for assigned requisitionsSources candidates to create pipeline for assigned requisitionsScreens and submits qualified candidates to hiring managers to all assigned job openingsPosts approved positions according to hiring timelines and established guidelinesAdheres to FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies recruitment policies, processes and proceduresEnsures timely and appropriate communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycleUpdates and manages candidate activity (status changes, communications, interview notes, etc.) within the Applicant Tracking SystemLeads and facilitates candidate debrief sessions with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure an equitable process is followedWorks with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP) and hiring managers to prepare and seek approval for offer terms; negotiates offers with candidatesUtilizes creative sourcing techniques and branding strategies to attract and cultivate diverse talentParticipates in job fairs, hiring events and conferences (some travel may be required)Acts as a partner to hiring managers regarding candidate selection, offers, market analysis and all aspects of the recruitment processProvides expertise and guidance regarding target behavioral competencies and ideal candidate profile during intake meetingsModels core values and FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies People Fundamentals to all employees and candidatesDrives exceptional candidate experience through every touch point in the recruiting process and ultimately closing top candidatesOversees the coordination of interviews, establish and maintain rapport with candidates, Hiring Managers and HR Business PartnersPartners with RPO and/or Sourcer to successfully execute hiring of assigned requisitions, as neededExecutes Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy to drive representation of diversity in the recruitment processSupports brand awareness to increase attraction of talent leveraging corporate brand and market FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Holly Springs using multiple modalities (i.e., job postings, social media, etc.)Monitors and shares insight with key partners to identify opportunities to leverage insights for FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies Holly Springscompetitive advantageParticipates in conferences and events, as applicableOther duties, as assignedBasic RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED with 9+ years of previous experience in a recruiting roleTechnologically savvy, with an excellent proficiency in Windows based technologies and Microsoft OfficeProficiency in working with applicant tracking systems and demonstrated ability in database management, record keepingPrior experience working in a high-volume recruiting environmentAbility to travel to job fairs and events, as neededPreferred RequirementsBachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or other related field with 5+ years of experience in recruiting or support roleExperience in pharma, biotechnology or life sciences industryProficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent InsightWorking Conditions & Physical RequirementsAbility to sit for prolonged periods of time - 240 MinutesAbility to conduct activities using repetitive motions that include writs, hands and/or fingersFDBN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
