Work closely with clients to drive the project planning, scheduling, Milestone Tracking, rollout and release management.Should drive project governance, scrum calls and able to build Scrum dashboards. Exceptional customer-facing skillsExperience in dealing with complex client requirements.In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service deliveryAbility to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams.Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environmentExpertise in people management and leadership Strong organizational skills Capacity to train and guide junior team members Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Education:
A Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or a Bachelor's degree with significant work experience in technology Industry
