Support moderately complex Field Service activities in operating environments at depots, training sites, and customer field operations with training, operation or repair.Job Responsibilities
Support moderately complex Field Service activities in operating environments at depots, training sites, and customer field operations with training, operation or repair.Provide technical skills in area of proficiency and demonstrate ability to troubleshoot technical issues at all types of military and commercial field assignmentsDetermine solutions in resolving a wide variety of technical problemsInterface directly with customer personnel to address technical support issuesWork at remote locations under general supervision of othersProvide regular reporting of progress and statusProvide budget, cost and schedule input for design assignmentsCommunicate clearly (written and oral) with other company personnel and the customer as requiredParticipate in preparation of less complex proposalsMay provide technical knowledge and assistance to other engineers and support personnelSupport, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organizationAttend appropriate engineering, customer or business meetingsMentor and coach less experienced engineersRequired Qualifications
Experience of 3+ years of field related technical or electronic experience.Experience servicing/repairing electrical or electronic equipment.Must be able to travel domestically 50% when in home location.Will be deployed up to 6 months increments usually internationally.U.S. Citizenship required.
