**Sales Manager - Inside Sales (SaaS) - Idaho**Sales boise, Idaho Minimum Experience **Manager/Supervisor** As a sales manager you have one job, and that is to hit the company financial objectives - revenue. You will assume responsibility for guiding and inspiring Account Executive team members to contribute to company revenue goals while providing a wonderful customer and employee experience. Your efforts will affect overall company growth in a major way. By utilizing resources and crafting strategic plans, you will help your team to maximize their sales potential. * Lead a sales team of Account Executives in core sales responsibilities including; building pipeline, negotiating and selling BambooHRs solutions* Help your team meet revenue goals on a weekly and monthly basis.* Analyze various data points to determine opportunities for your team members development* Take an active part in supporting team members with larger deals. Be a second voice to help get deals across the finish line.* Collaborate with leadership team to forecast, train, and motivate the team members* Mentor your team by helping team members with calls, performing live demos, setting goals and holding them accountable, assisting in overcoming client concerns, and roadblocks* Be accountable for your teams behaviors and results* Identify critical behaviors that lead to success and coach to model and replicate those behaviors in your reps.* Help us build out our stellar sales team through your involvement in the hiring process* 2+ years managing sales Account Executives in the SaaS (software as a service) industry* 1+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the SaaS industry with extensive experience in a CRM and Google Suite* You have SaaS (software as a service) and SMB (target market in small to medium size businesses) experience* You have the ability to paint a vision and get buy-in from your team of reps* You have demonstrated collaboration, persuasion, and mentorship/coaching skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Great attitude, self-motivated, and are not selfish.
