Role : Business Analyst with Litify or Legal services experienceLocation : Sunnyvale, CAMode : Full TimeJob Description/ Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Salesforce Expertise:

Lead solution design with extensive knowledge of Salesforce Tech Architecture, particularly in Litify and Team Connect configuration and development. Implement and guide Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) solutions, ensuring best practices and addressing potential issues.Legal Matter Management & Integration:

Apply strong expertise in ELM and legal matter management processes. Utilize knowledge of integration platforms such as SAP, Jira, Tableau, etc. to enhance workflows.Requirements Gathering & Documentation:

Gather and document requirements from legal business teams and stakeholders. Create comprehensive documentation including use cases, user stories, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), class diagrams, Entity-Relationship (ER) diagrams, and sequence diagrams.Technical & Functional:

Prepare detailed Technical Requirement documents and user stories for sprint development. Conduct requirement analysis and impact analysis. Understanding and experience of how to document key technical requirements regarding security, field information data, overall system interaction requirements. Prepare detailed Technical Requirement documents based on industry best practices and common approaches to fulfill business technical requirements. Requirement Analysis and Design Requirement Analysis Document Impact Analysis Document Requirements. Prepare detailed Technical Requirement documents based on industry best practices and common approaches to fulfil business technical requirementsRequirement Analysis and Design Requirement Analysis Document Impact Analysis Document Requirements. Should be able to provide details and initial validation of features that have been developed by the implementation team before a demo is given to business.Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders to define and document business requirements. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to understand objectives and propose technology improvements. Facilitate workshops and training sessions. Collaborate with Legal business operations team to gather requirements.Project Management & Testing:

Assist with project management tasks such as task updates, report generation, and overseeing the implementation of new technologies and systems. Create user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation. Test business processes, recommend improvements, and address queries from developers and QA teams.Business Process Analysis:

Analyze and document new or changing product functionalities. Review security, field data, and system interaction requirements. Use data modeling techniques to identify and address problems.Technical Validation & Support:

Validate features developed by the implementation team before they are demonstrated to the business. Work with development and support teams to manage documentation repositories and ensure accuracy and consistency. Give details and initial validation of features that have been developed by the implementation team before it is demoed to the business. Collaborate with Legal business operations team to gather requirements.
