Position Summary

The primary role of the Supervisor, Retail Sales is to develop their team for success by becoming proficient in guest engagement to achieve revenue and budget sales targets.

Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.Develop, coach, and motivate team's success to expand sales profitabilityMaintain a primary focus on the support and development of each team member through our sales proficiency processEnsure that the retail store team is accurately staffedAssist with developing schedules, sales training, and salesfloor leadershipRole Model the GEM during sales engagementsExecutes GEL responsibilities when assignedEnsure team completes ongoing development trainingExecutes style guide directivesEnsure daily task lists are completed by store teamsHelp to address escalated guest situations and resolutionAbility to comprehend, interpret, and apply data to assess the current departmental focusAssist the Manager on Duty to support successful sales operations financial outcomesEnsure check-out/in processes is executedPartner with the Retail Business Manager to meet and exceed sales goalsAbility to develop team for growth opportunitiesAbility to work weekends and most holidaysAble to work in a fast-paced environmentQualifications

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required. High volume experience is preferred. Three years of supervisory experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient experience in Microsoft Office programs.Experience working with Tableau is preferred.Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.Compensation: $27.50 - $35.70
