Front of House Manager

Job Summary:

The Front of House Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the FOH functions in the restaurants and banquets, including appearance, presentation, customer experience and professional leadership and direction to employees.

Job Duties:

Prepare weekly front of house scheduleEnsures opening and closing check list have been completed dailySets excellent customer service, hospitality, and work examples.Demonstrate knowledge of the entire menu and preparation.Ensures all staff are in proper uniformEnsure excellent customer service and member satisfactionTrain and supervise front of house staff, including bartenders, servers, and runners.Manage inventory and order beverages and supplies as neededCollaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of ordersHandle complaints and resolve issues in a professional mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house areaImplement and enforce food safety protocols and health regulationsCreate and update schedules for front of house staffAssist with interviewing and hiring new team membersSkills/Qualifications:

At least 2 years of previous club or restaurant management experienceKnowledge of the food industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate & inspire a teamExceptional customer service skills & ability to handle difficult situations with professionalismBasic Computer Skills featuring Excel, Word, and OutlookBasic knowledge of all current local health department guidelinesStrong supervisory skillsExperience Requirements:

Two (2) years previous restaurant experienceMust be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.A person of exceptional character; motivated, energetic, friendly, and dedicated to the profession.Certification Requirements:
