Director of Retail Finance

Our large in-house finance team strives daily to take our multi-billion-dollar business to the next level!**Director of Finance**As our Director of Finance, you will be exclusively focused on the HomeStore and Ecommerce business, defining and implementing Global Integrated Distribution KPIs to drive attainment of operations goals and initiatives as well as implementing daily and weekly KPI reporting throughout the organization to drive better visibility of results to goals.You will act as a financial advisor to the ops team in interpreting financial results and variances, identifying root causes, and implementing counter-measures.
