About us:

North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC is one of the subsidiaries of the Ferrovial Group in the U.S. It is currently working on several projects in the U.S., including the North Tarrant Express (NTE) Projects ("NTE Projects"). The NTE Extension Project is a part of the NTE Projects, which consist of a series of major highway improvements to the critical I-820 and SH-121/183 corridor in North Tarrant County, Texas. The NTE Projects will relieve congestion, improve safety, and provide for anticipated traffic growth in one of the country's fastest developing regions. The NTE First Project was a $1.451 billion design-build project consisting of rebuilding the existing main lanes as well as adding four toll-managed lanes, frontage roads and auxiliary lanes in the corridor between I-35 West and Industrial Boulevard. The NTE Extension Project is the next part of the NTE Projects. The construction of the original $984 million part of the project (Segment 3A) was completed by North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC, and the current $580.5 million part (Segment 3C) of the NTE Extension Project is presently being carried out by North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC.

Job Description:

PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR

The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under time constraints, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and to obtain confidentiality is crucial to this role. Assists the Procurement Manager & department staff with the required reporting, researching and maintaining statistical data as well as executing procurement tasks and procedures as required.

Assist Procurement CoordinatorMaintain department calendar with upcoming meetingsPerform administrative duties [mail, take meeting notes, calls, letters, emails, notices, data entry, record keeping, meeting request, processing department invoices]Create vendor evaluations in InsiteInform vendors about upcoming contract opportunitiesCreate & track comparatives in Insite for approvalCommunicate with Diversity Contract Compliance department to obtain DBE firm contactUpdate contract Directory/CO & Comparatives/Procurement PlanCreate supplier/subcontract draft, attachments, codes & contract number for executionCollect vendor current Certificate of Insurance documents, W9, certificatesComplete credit application and information sheets.Update and store department documents on department server systemsIdentify procurement opportunities & update outreach materials/handouts.Assist Procurement Project Manager

Create change orders for an executed agreements and perform quote comparison and documents to be executed for approval as needed.Create amendments for an executed agreements and gather information needed for legal department to create the documents to be executed for approval as needed.Prepare RFPs, including Scope of Work, Bill of Quantities, Schedule, Contract Attachments, in coordination with other departments, verifying the accuracy of all the documents.Receives bids from RFPs release to the market, evaluate the data for accuracy, create a comparative chart, price analysis and make a recommendation to procurement manager for final approval.Assist Procurement Manager

Create and develop comparative reportsCreate and develop transaction reports on all contracts on the projectsCreating & analyzing compliance reporting documents in word and excel spreadsheetsCreate credit increases for vendor accounts per approved requestMinimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, preferred not requiredMinimum of two (2) years of experience in similar administrator positions in a procurement/purchasing department or executive office.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project and Outlook.Ability to pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in work & complete tasks on-timeWorks independently, manage time and workload, which includes planning, prioritizing, organizing, and following-through on a variety of tasks, assignments, projects, and reports.Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, at all levels of the organization and with contractors with tact and diplomacy.Remain operationally focused and obtain knowledge of the organization to balance business priorities, individual team needs, manager's style and company policyWorking knowledge of processes, procedures and regulations and ability to deal with politically sensitive and confidential issuesAll other job-related duties as assigned
