We are looking for Retail and Food Service Management Now!
Our Gift/Merchandise Management is the reason it's impossible to go a day without seeing someone in a Buc-ee's T-Shirt!
Gift/Merchandise Managers lead a team in the warehouse and on the sales floor and are responsible for taking our quality gift products from the vendor to our creative displays. The Gift/Merchandise Manager provides exemplary customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean, friendly, and in stock experience for every customer.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
$125,000 / yearAdminister ongoing training to Merchandise staff in order for them to practice the principles of:Building a High-Performance TeamDelivering Customer SatisfactionManaging Product OfferingsAchieving Financial GoalsManage retail product mix, merchandising, and replenishmentEnforce Company policies and proceduresTrain, Recognize and Motivate staffConsistently execute the Company's visual presentationEffectively schedule and assign employees' tasks and follow up on work resultsInteract professionally and build positive working relationships with store team and District Managers to share business insight and best practicesAdminister labor budgets for the departmentManage store inventory levelsIllustrate competent use of various Point Of Sale and transaction devices for receiving and checking in of goods, processing of associated paperwork and handling of any product issues with GM suppliersIdentify and resolve immediate customer and store needs without supervisionEnsure stores' Merchandise departments are ready for audits as neededPerform other duties as required and/or assignedEmployee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodationThe position requirements include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of experience and education in lieu of degreeMinimum of 5 years of relevant and extensive retail management experience preferredProficient skill level with Microsoft Office SoftwareStrong Mathematics skills
