The Salesforce Co-op is a full-time, onsite student learning opportunity located in Knoxville, TN from January 2025 - August 2025.

This position has the option to run part-time in the Spring semester and full-time in the summer or full-time the whole duration.

This co-op will have the opportunity to learn an Enterprise Customer Relationship Management system. Cirrus uses Salesforce to manage customer information throughout the sales and service business processes. The co-op will learn Salesforce functionality by working on customizing or modifying Salesforce page layouts, list views, data field, reports and dashboards.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Salesforce Administrator and Customer Experience Team business partners to perform duties that support business processes:

Gather business requirements, translate into technical specifications, and implement changes in Salesforce.Create reports and dashboards to effectively communicate customer data.Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and other related materials.Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups.Requirements:

Must be upper division student within two years of graduation, or a post-graduate student.Must be pursuing relevant degree, for example, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication.Understanding of business systems.Understanding software systems used to manage business processes, ideally a customer-based management software solution.Competencies:
