This role assists in hiring, training, developing, and overseeing program team members to ensure the most progressive and industry standard techniques and processes are achieved while delivering a high-level of guest experience. The Retail Services Supervisor works with the Senior Manager of Retail to develop and implement an annual revenue center plan with the company's strategic plan. The Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of Retail Services, which is open 7 days a week. The operation is responsible for selling retail items, correctly receiving inventory items, keeping the stock room organized, and assisting with customer questions.
