Efficiently run practice Current MD's enjoy long tenure 8 MDs, 2 PAs and 1 NP currently 1 location w/in-house lab and XRAY in Northwest San Antonio Culture of trust, flexibility and being open. 25% Medicare patients Benefits:
GAURANTEED BASE $230k -GUARANTEED/yr. Then $275-325k yr earning potential after year 4 day work week option after year 1 1.5 months off per year!! 4 weeks vaca, 2 weeks in Holidays plus CMEs and $4,000 great location / safe / free parking Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, malpractice, CME assistance, life and disability, paid time off and holidays. 15-25 patient per day. Patient panel already in place. Ages 16 and up only no weekends. Outpatient call only - averaging 2 days per month and every 6th weekend AllScripts EMR. no inpatient or OB in this role. qualifications:
2 years of experience as an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicianthat wants to work in a fast-paced practice and develop their own independent practice Someone who will retain the patient panel, works hard, and keep the patients coming back will consider new grads
