The Boring Company was founded to solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic by creating an underground network of tunnels. Today, we are creating the technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs by a factor of 10 or more with the ultimate goal of making Hyperloop adoption viable and enabling rapid transit across densely populated regions.

Responsibilities
Perform regular cosmetic vehicle inspectionsSafely operate vehicles in The LoopResponds quickly to visual and audio cues regarding Loop operationsFollow protocols in a calm manner during unexpected situations and/or emergenciesProvide exceptional service to every passengerOther responsibilities as neededBasic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GEDValid United States Driver's LicensePossess a satisfactory driving recordAbility to Pass a DOT Drug and Alcohol TestBe at least 21 years of agePreferred Skills & Experience
Adaptability and eagerness to learnPrevious experience as a Professional DriverExcellent initiative in proactive problem-solvingAdditional Requirements
Position may require day, swing, and graveyard hours as well as weekend workMust be able to work inside and outsideMust be able to stoop, bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip, carry heavy loads and maneuver quickly on level surfaces, as well as, up and down stairs or rampsMust be able to lift and carry up to 60 poundsMust be able to push or pull up to 150 poundsMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishMust be able to tolerate areas containing high noise levels, bright lights, and dustMust be available to pick up shifts during convention season (August-March)This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
