We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that ensure our operations teams run smoothly, our data is secure, and we have detailed insight into our customers and business through reporting. You'll be heavily involved in identifying and building requirements, working directly with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, and will own the design and development of the solution through to release.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologiesTranslate functional requirements into technical specifications and architect scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutionsWork directly with end users and other stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, identify requirements, and design and develop solutions for themConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesImplement robust testing strategies, including writing test classes with over 80% code coverageTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce environmentStay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, features, and industry trendsParticipate in architecture design reviews and provide recommendations for optimizing Salesforce implementationsRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architectureStrong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIsDeep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security conceptsProven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for large-scale, technologically sophisticated accountsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with Salesforce Sales and Marketing CloudDesired QualificationsSalesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect1+ years of experience developing in PythonExperience working in the healthcare insurance industryBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldKnowledge of integration technologies and experience integrating Salesforce with external systemsFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesExperience with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce development
