Home HealthCare Transportation Driver
Brockton Home Health Care agency is seekingfor transportation drivers to transport our patients to Dr. Appointments.
Qualifications:
Minimum one yearexperience in providing services to individuals with developmentaldisabilities, preferably with the older adults
Class B CommercialDriver"'s License (CDL) if required by state
Competence in CPR andFirst Aid
A reliable, responsibleattitude and a compassionate approach
Prior van drivingexperience preferred
intellectual/developmentaldisabilities, preferred
Responsibilities
Offer safety assistancewhen boarding and off-loading at all destinations
Lifts and transfersindividuals served using proper body mechanics and assistance
Ensure cleanliness anddaily maintenance of vehicle
Valid driver"'s license,current registration, and insurance

•Provide safe, reliable transportationservices between individuals we serve homes, day centers, agency programs,events, outings, and to/from appointments with staff.
• Offer safety assistance when boarding and off-loading at all destinations.
• Lifts and transfers individuals served using proper body mechanics andassistance.
•Ensure cleanliness and daily maintenance ofvehicle.
•Minimum one year experience in providing services toindividuals with developmental disabilities, preferably with the older adults
•Valid driver"'s license, current registration, and insurance
•Class B Commercial Driver"'s License (CDL) if required bystate
•Competence in CPR and First Aid
•A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionateapproach
