If youre looking to continue expanding your skills and knowledge with a dynamic, growing firm, Silman could be a great fit for you!We are seeking a Project Structural Engineer with 3-6 years of structural engineering experience related to Buildings. The incumbent Candidate will have the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative and creative team on a diverse portfolio of projects.Responsibilities:Structural design and analysis for a wide range of buildings projects, involving steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and archaic building systems.Assisting in the preparation of drawings and specifications.Conducting site investigations to document existing conditions.Project Management of staff and clients on large and/or complex projectsSupport Studio Leaders in managing staff and financialsProviding mentoring and guidance to junior staff.Maintaining involvement in professional organizations to keep abreast of new industry developments.Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.Masters Degree would be considered an asset.P.E. license required; S.E. license would be considered an asset.3-6 years of experience in the execution of residential, commercial, or institutional buildings projects as a Structural Engineer is required.Experience in historic buildings preservation would be considered an asset.Proficiency with computer analysis software (e.g. RISA, SAP, RAM).Working knowledge of REVIT.Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions.Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients toughest challenges.High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way.Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.For more information about Silman, please visit: https://www.silman.comABOUT TYLin:
