LifeBridge Health is seeking a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Health and Wellness Center within Grace Medical Center. NP's with special interest in pediatric patients are encouraged to apply!

We are comprised of 5 hospitals, and a network of 130 outpatient practices. Our main hospitals are Sinai Hospital, Northwest Hospital, Carroll Hospital, Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, and Grace Medical Center. Our LifeBridge Health Medical Group (LBHMG) practices are in Baltimore and in surrounding counties and offer primary and specialty care services to patients within our community.
The Opportunity
Part-time position: 0.4 FTE (two days/week)Work beside two board-certified physicians and established NP's in a family practice setting.May occasionally cover shifts on the LBH Mobile Van visiting schools and other community partners in Baltimore and Baltimore County to provide primary care services (i.e., vaccinations, sports physicals, wellness exams, chronic disease management, etc.)No On-Call responsibilities. No regular weekend or evening hours.Requirements
Master's degree and Advanced Practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioner license (APN, APRN, or NP)Pediatric Certification or special interest is preferred.Demonstrated computer proficiency. Excellent documentation and organizational skills.Maryland DEA & CDS license. Current CPR license.Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills1 - 2 years' NP experience requiredDemonstrated proficiency in direct patient careAbility to work collaboratively with all members of the health care team, patients, and familiesKnowledge of regulatory and accrediting agency standards and requirements (i.e., vaccines for children)Knowledge of sound nursing and medical practicesBenefits
