What you get to do:As an IT support team member, you will:

Perform service transition tasks according to ITIL methodology processes (Asset management, change management, knowledge management-SOP management)Perform service operation tasks according to ITIL methodology processes (Event management, incident management, problem management, request fulfillment, access management)Interact professionally with other department and outside vendorsManage single projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and according to the customer's request.Interact with corporate IT and vendors to isolate and repair software and remote troubles callsAssist users with laptop set up and testingAssist with troubleshooting logical/physical networking issuesAssist with troubleshooting complex telephony issuesWork with IT team members on event set ups and department movesAssist with new user network access set upAssist with repair parts and receiving processWhat it takes to succeed:

1-3 years of experience working with PC, Security Systems (CCTV and access control), Telecom, System Support and/or Network experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentWorking knowledge of Windows, Cisco IOS, and/or AvayaExcellent written/verbal communication skills and be comfortable speaking over a radioBasic math skillsBasic analog phone troubleshooting skillsAble to recognize and address service design (according to ITIL methodology processes) concerns; to include service levels, availability management and information/physical security managementAble to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull up to 150 poundsAble to climb ladders and be comfortable working at heights up to 100 feetComfortable working around fumes/dust/odorComfortable working around animalsAble to work in all weather conditionsAvailable to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidaysAvailable to support an on-call rotation to assist with after-hours needsWhat else is important:

Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.•Position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights, if needed•Perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)•Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.
