As a Tax Senior Manager at Forvis Mazars, you will gain valuable experience by leading and developing a team while helping clients solve problems and building rewarding business relationships. How you will contribute:

Managing tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory services to C-corporation entities with a heavy focus on C-Corp compliance and ASC 740 tax provisionsEmphasis on companies operating in the manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, professional services, and technology industriesDeveloping, building, and managing client relationshipsProviding timely and unmatched client service and exceeding client expectationsRepresenting Forvis Mazars in the marketplace at networking eventsParticipating in the proposal process for potential new clientsAssigning projects and resolving scheduling conflictsContributing to Forvis Mazars-sponsored technical guidance for internal and external publication and internal learning and developmentManaging, developing, and coaching professional tax staffReviewing returns prepared by tax staffEffectively delegating responsibilities to others and monitoring the efforts of engagement teamsProficiently using technology tools in regular assignments and demonstrating a commitment to improving work processes through the use of technologySuccessfully researching complex tax issues, applying findings to projects, and communicating those findings in writingWe are looking for people with Forward Vision and:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field7 years or more of relevant progressive tax experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting experienceCPA licensePreferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, law, or a related fieldExperience with OneSource tax software
