Were a core carrier for many of the Fortune 500 companies engaged in chemical processing and we provide services to each of the top 100 chemical producers in the world with US operations.We employ over 2,000 people nationwide and have over 200 people in our Tampa based corporate office.As the Driver Qualification Processor you will be responsible for reviewing the driver qualification documents and files for the new drivers and Owner Operators on-boarding with Quality Carriers. You will partner with the recruiters to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for our drivers.A high degree of organization is required as is the ability to work on multiple driver files simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, computer skills & professionalism are key elements, as is effective verbal & written communication skills.Essential Functions:* Performs a variety of data collection tasks for the onboarding of drivers to ensure applicant meets Quality Carriers driver qualification minimum hiring requirements* Captures and manages data, including data loading, data validation and routine data analysis.* Audit Driver Qualification Files to ensure file meets FMCSA regulatory guidelines.* Utilize Tenstreet System to perform essential functions, monitor status changes, update notes, and documentation uploading.* Will work in a variety of systems to input and extract data.* Schedule driver clinics to include drug testing and physicals* Process and review driver applications and background reports for compliance.* Daily communication with assigned recruiters, drivers and terminal personnel via telephone, email and text message.* Create a positive orientation experience by greeting new drivers in orientation, conducting new hire orientation presentations on Mondays and Thursdays, collecting driver feedback and assisting with any additional driver questions or concerns.**Minimum education/experience necessary to perform the job:*** High School Diploma or GED equivalent**Minimum special knowledge and skills required:*** Transportation compliance experience preferred.* Systems knowledge of Microsoft to handle various projects.* Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.* Strong organizational skills.* Analytical and leadership qualities.* Ability to self-regulate tasks and multitask with minimal supervision.* Advanced customer service and professional communication skills.We offer competitive wages and employee benefits (Flexible spending accounts, generous Paid Time Off/Holiday Schedule, in addition to Medical, Dental and Vision plans).Quality Carriers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
