Overview:

St. Luke's is seeking an APP to join our Wound Care Prevention Clinic team. This APP will be responsible for educating, preventing, and coordinating comprehensive care to patients who have healed their wound, but are at high-risk for recurrence. This position is specifically for APPs who enjoy taking the time to discuss preventative care and how different health conditions can affect the healing/reoccurrence of wounds. This position works with a collaborative team including nursing, therapy, and other wound care physicians and APPs as well other specialists across the continuum. Looking for a candidate who has strong interest in wound care, internal medicine, diabetes, and/or cardiology.What You Can Expect:4 days a week, 10hr shifts2 days Boise, 2 days Meridian3 month onboarding programCompressive team with PTs, RNs, MAsGreat team dynamic$3,500 Professional Development Fund5 CME days are included to complete education aside from accrued PTOQualifications:Education: Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing.Licenses/Certifications: License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
