We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager/Customer Relationship Manager to join our team and help us grow our business by building strong relationships with our existing clients and upselling our services.Job Summary:The Sales Account Manager/Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our existing customers. This role involves visiting client locations, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell our janitorial services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.Key Responsibilities:Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by regularly visiting their locations, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Upselling Services: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to current customers, including specialized cleaning services, additional cleaning frequencies, or other value-added offerings.Account Management: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the business within the existing customer base.Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and opportunities for business growth.Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure that customer expectations are met and that services are delivered according to contract specifications.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously improve our service offerings.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management, preferably in the janitorial or cleaning services industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.Excellent negotiation and upselling skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to travel locally to visit client locations as needed.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
