This role reports to the Chief Learning and Diversity Officer and will be a strategic thought partner, trusted advisor and change champion. The right person for this role will be excited about learning culture, effectiveness and impact - and about diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.What's on the menu?

Collaborate with the Product Manager, People - Learning, Diversity, & Talent to represent the business needs of the Learning and Diversity Team:Ensure the functionality, look and feel (design) of the corporate university interface is user-friendly, inspires and motivates employees to learn, and gives employees a sense of belonging at Kraft Heinz.Implement technology solutions/pilots, both for training/learning purposes, and for DEI&B approaches.Present to or engage with executive leadership to bring them along on the journey and get their support on key initiatives and events.Set the direction for learning engagement to grow the culture of learning at Kraft Heinz:Employ change management and marketing tactics and strategy to motivate employees to proactively seek learning that supports their personal and professional development.Create and implement events/ offerings that engage employees globally, such as Ownerversity Day, Book Lovers Day, or others that support the goals of the L&D team.Strategically leverage our learning influencers and other user populations to get user feedback and to drive engagement amongst other employees.Strategically leverage external modes of communications, such as social media, to grow the learning team's industry presence and influence.Set the direction and vision for learning measurement effectiveness and impact at Kraft Heinz:Develop strategy and processes for determining business impact and trends to continue to enhance learner engagement, learning offerings, technology solutions, and the learning ecosystem at Kraft Heinz, including setting the annual targets.Drive strategy for course evaluations to determine content effectiveness and impact.Drive learning analytics projects with the Global People Analytics Team where we are looking to create reports or dashboards that connect to broader company data (e.g., performance data, sales data, engagement data).Determine the industry awards that the team will apply to each year and manage the completion and submission of the award applications.Provide learning data for company-wide reports, such as the annual ESG report.Rollout and set the tone for the look and feel (design) of learning related reports and dashboards, including annual and Mid-Year Learning Impact and DEI&B Reports.Ensure user and course data integrity is maintained and to govern who has permissions to view learning data to stay compliant with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.Collaborate with academy and talent teams on the direction of talent assessments:Contribute to or create/update (as needed) training and communications related to talent assessments (e.g., 360 performance reviews, skills/capability assessments).Collaborate with Product Manager, People - Learning, Diversity, & Talent to ensure the technology can support requirements for assessments, researching alternatives as needed.Collaborate with global and zone marketing and communications to ensure the success of all learning and DEI&B programs:Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan to elevate awareness and understanding of learning and DEI&B initiatives and programs across the organization.Create engaging content (i.e., articles, videos, social media posts) that celebrates training and learning across the organization and promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for key stakeholders.Manage internal communication channels to keep employees informed about learning programs, events, and resources, and DEI&B progress.Apply now if this sounds like you!Location(s)
