* Frankfort, KY, USA* Full Time*Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, Short Term Disability, Paid Vacation*Neil Huffman Automotive Group is currently seeking a Sales Manager.The Sales Manager is responsible/accountable for the overall sales of new and used vehicles and to achieve the goals and objectives for the profitability of the dealership.**Duties include:**- Develop the most competent sales management team available.- Establish programs to develop a strong, dedicated sales organization.- Develop programs to increase and ensure good employee morale and employee/employer relations.- Recognize,develop, and motivate staff to their fullest potential.- Control costs and maximize profits.- Plan and initiate advertising and promotions.- Maintain adequate sales inventory. (Model, types, and colors.)- Monitor volume of sales and profits of F&I and sales team to ensure goals/objectives are met.
