Our ABA Agency is seeking an experienced Recruiter/Intake Manager to handle the recruitment of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), maintain relationships with potential clients, and oversee technical operations. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills and a background in recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire BCBA professionals.Maintain and nurture relationships with potential clients.Oversee technical operations related to recruitment and client intake.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and client interactions.Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or ABA industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Familiarity with technical operations and processes.
Location: Monsey, NY / Remote
Salary: $50,000-$70,000
