you will:

A successful candidate should be able to:The Senior Java Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain advanced software applications for our Satellite Ground Systems.This role involves close collaboration with systems engineers, hardware designers, and other software engineers to deliver reliable and high-performance software solutions.Other responsibilities to anticipate may include:Design, implement, and test Java-based applications and software components for satellite ground systems using JUnit for unit testing.Working with DevOps and CI/CD PipelinesWorking with Jenkins and PythonWorking with previously written code and make modifications as necessary.This is a

The ideal candidate will have:

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI

Required Skills

Typically requires bachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).Four (4) years of experience in object-oriented software design and development using Java in a Linux environment and using unit testing tools (e.g., JUnit)Familiarity with Git and the Atlassian Tool suiteDevOps experience using Jenkins, Kubernetes and Docker

Pay Rate:

$85 to $90 per Hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
