Position Overview

The Oracle Functional Analyst - Planning and Supply Chain will be responsible for delivering end to end solutions in Oracle Cloud Planning and R12 ERP SCM modules. This role will partner with business to assess requirements, lead design and delivery of high-performing solutions and provide functional Oracle ERP application support to internal business customers, helping to troubleshoot application issues and roll out enhancements to support operational needs.

About the Role - You Will

Analyze business needs and propose solutions that meet Proterra's objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.Design and implementation of robust and scalable solutions in Oracle Cloud Planning and R12.2 Supply chain modules with a focus on Procurement, Order management and Manufacturing.Work closely with business users to gather detailed requirements and define scope of work.Propose best-fit solutions for translating business needs into application processes.Lead Functional design, configuration, and data migration activities as part of new enhancements/projects in Planning and Supply Chain modulesArchitect and design solutions for integrations with other systems.Work with project execution teams and technical staff to translate functional designs into appropriate technical strategies and provide guidance for solution implementation.Develop test strategies and author test plans as required for application releases, enhancements, and projects.Apply industry best practices in the implementation of Oracle Applications features and any integrated business systems/platforms when it comes to implementing new business processes.Support and facilitate smooth fiscal month and year end activities like Period close activities.Support the maintenance and patching of Oracle ERP Systems by helping validate all critical functionalities are operational.Interact with the business and work with multi location teams to resolve incidents/problems, provide business user clarification when needed.Other duties as assigned by management.About You

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Information Systems or Computer Science) and 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Planning/Oracle e-Business Suite R12

OR

Masters' degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Planning/Oracle e-Business Suite R12.Experience implementing and supporting Supply/Demand Planning modules in Oracle Fusion and Purchasing/Order Management/Manufacturing modules in Oracle EBS R12.In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of end-to-end Supply chain modules.Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture, API's and interfaces.Solid understanding of ERP Software development lifecycle/ methodology and experience in leading teams in the implementation of solutions according to the design/plan.Excellent design and analytical skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively able to collaborate with multiple globally distributed teams.Some level of proficiency with Oracle tools including SQL*Plus, SQL Developer or TOADExperience with completing tests and resolving problem in an unattended manner.

Physical Demands:

May work various shifts as needed; may be requested to travel to different locations.Lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.Able to walk, stand, crouch, bench, kneel, lift, carry and reach as needed in large and tight spaces.Good eye/hand coordination and ability to identify color variations, depth perceptions and close or distance visual items.Manual dexterity with occasional repetitive finger motion.Environmental Demands:

Ability to work in manufacturing environment with extreme heat and cold conditions.Wear protective clothing or respiratory protective equipment.Works with irritant chemicals, gases, etc.
